People with developmental disabilities remain underserved across Illinois and beyond. For 58 years, CEL has provided programs that promote independence, friendship, and community, reminding individuals and families they are not alone.

Your personal fundraising page can make a big impact for people with developmental disabilities, especially considering that 57% of our members receive financial aid from CEL to attend programs.

Program fees cover a small fraction of what it actually costs to run programs that members love!

Because we are independently funded in a state that ranks 49th in disability support, CEL relies heavily on donations. Your personal fundraising page will help make a big impact for CEL members!
